Intense IT Solutions was founded in August 2012 by Rasheed Osman to provide quality, cost-effective IT services and support to small and medium-sized businesses in Cape Town and surrounding areas.
Since its launch, the business has grown from a focus on responsive IT support to a broader set of technology services. Our aim remains the same: understand what a client needs, offer honest advice and make technology work better for the people who rely on it.
We work across business environments and shape each recommendation around the client’s needs, existing systems and budget. The right answer may be a new solution, a better process or a simpler way to use what is already there.
